高校女大学生激励机制探析

【摘要】:改革开放三十多年以来,我国社会发生了翻天覆地的变化,在政治、经济、文化等方面取得了巨大的成就。从1999年高校扩招开始,我国高等教育已由精英式教育转向大众化教育。越来越多的学生走入大学校园,女大学生作为大学生群体中的一个重要组成部分,在高校学生所占的比重呈直线上升趋势。通过调查发现,目前高校女大学生在政治信仰上,世界观、人生观、价值观的形成上,情感以及就业方面均存在着不同程度的问题。为解决女大学生呈现出的问题,高校希望通过实施一系列激励措施,来调动女大学生学习和工作的主动性和积极性。 一般来说,激励行为是调动人的积极性和创造性的最好方法。激励实际上就是通过一定的刺激来促使人的某种思想、愿望和行为产生的过程。而激励机制则是激励主体通过运用一定的激励手段,达到与激励客体相互作用的目标。那么,本文在将高校女大学生激励机制作为研究对象的同时,通过对高校女大学生激励机制的内容、问题等方面进行深入探讨,力图找到适合女大学生发展的激励对策。具体来说,全文分为五章进行阐述。 第一章:高校女大学生激励机制的基本概念。这一部分主要以激励理论为切入点,具体阐述了激励的内涵及运行过程、激励机制的内涵、大学生激励机制的内涵,并在此基础上提出高校女大学生激励机制的内涵。 第二章:高校女大学生激励机制的理论基础。这一部分具体介绍了国内外相关激励理论及马克思主义激励理论。其中,国外激励理论主要包括内容型激励理论、过程型激励理论和综合型激励理论。国内激励理论主要从我国古代激励理论、我国当代激励理论这两方面展开论述。这些激励理论为之后研究高校女大学生激励机制的对策提供了理论依据。 第三章:高校女大学生思想政治状况分析。这一部分通过对高校女大学生的政治信仰,世界观、人生观、价值观的形成,情感以及就业心理压力方面进行深入分析,得出高校女大学生急需适合她们发展的激励机制,以此来改善高校女大学生现有思想政治状况。 第四章:高校女大学生激励机制内容及问题分析。这一部分从物质奖励机制、精神奖励机制、处罚激励机制三方面对高校女大学生现有的激励机制内容展开分析,并找出了这些激励机制中存在的问题。 第五章:探索高校女大学生激励机制优化的对策。这一部分从正激励与负激励相结合、物质激励与精神激励相结合等激励原则出发,从校园文化建设以及激励制度等方面来增强高校女大学生激励机制效果。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago, the society of our country has undergone earth-shaking changes, and has made great achievements in politics, economy, culture and so on. Since 1999, higher education has changed from elite education to popular education. More and more students enter the university campus. As an important part of the college students, the proportion of female students in the college students is rising in a straight line. Through the investigation, it is found that there are some problems in political belief, world outlook, outlook on life, values, emotion and employment of female college students. In order to solve the problems presented by female college students, colleges and universities hope to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of female college students in their study and work by implementing a series of incentives. Motivation is the best way to motivate people's enthusiasm and creativity. Motivation is actually a process that stimulates a person's thoughts, wishes, and behaviors through certain stimuli. The incentive mechanism is to achieve the goal of interaction with the incentive object by using certain incentive means. Then, this article takes the female university student incentive mechanism as the research object, through the thorough discussion to the university female university student incentive mechanism content, the question and so on, tries hard to find the suitable female university student development incentive countermeasure. Specifically, the paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1: the basic concept of incentive mechanism for female college students. This part mainly takes the incentive theory as the breakthrough point, elaborated the intension and the movement process of the incentive, the connotation of the incentive mechanism, the connotation of the incentive mechanism of the college students, On this basis, the connotation of the incentive mechanism for female college students is put forward. Chapter two: the theoretical basis of the incentive mechanism for female college students. This part introduces the relevant incentive theory at home and abroad and Marxist incentive theory. Among them, the foreign incentive theory mainly includes content-based incentive theory, process-based incentive theory and comprehensive incentive theory. The domestic incentive theory is mainly discussed from the ancient incentive theory and the contemporary incentive theory of our country. These incentive theories provide a theoretical basis for the study of the incentive mechanism of female college students. Chapter three: the ideological and political status of female college students. In this part, by analyzing the political belief, world outlook, outlook on life, the formation of values, emotion and employment psychological pressure of female college students, it is concluded that female college students are in urgent need of an incentive mechanism suitable for their development. In order to improve the current ideological and political situation of female college students. Chapter four: the content and problems of the incentive mechanism of female college students. This part analyzes the content of the existing incentive mechanism of female college students from three aspects: material reward mechanism, spiritual reward mechanism and punishment incentive mechanism. And find out the problems existing in these incentive mechanisms. Chapter five: explore the countermeasures of optimizing the incentive mechanism of female college students. This part starts from the combination of positive and negative incentives, material incentives and spiritual incentives, and strengthens the effect of the incentive mechanism of female college students from the aspects of campus culture construction and incentive system.
