新疆牧区学校包虫病健康教育效果评价

【摘要】:目的了解牧区中小学生包虫病防治知识、态度、行为(KAB)状况及其干预效果,为建立科学评价体系和深入持久开展肝包虫病健康促进工作提供经验和资料。方法对新疆肝包虫病健康教育示范区的2所学校的学生进行整群随机抽样,选取学生1 409名进行基线调查后开展针对该人群的包虫病健康教育,并对干预效果进行评价。结果干预前与干预后相比,不同年龄人群各项KAB水平及平均得分均有不同程度增加,KAB水平以6~7岁年龄组学生增加显著,平均得分以≥14岁年龄组人群增加最明显,差异均有统计学意义(P值均0.01)。结论以学校为基础的肝包虫病综合干预是切实可行和行之有效的。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior of hydatid disease control among primary and middle school students in pastoral areas and its intervention effect, and to provide experience and data for establishing scientific evaluation system and carrying out the health promotion work of liver hydatidosis. Methods A cluster random sampling of students from 2 schools in Xinjiang liver hydatidosis health education demonstration area was carried out. 1 409 students were selected for baseline investigation and health education for hydatid disease was carried out, and the effect of intervention was evaluated.
