大学生孤独感现状及团体心理辅导干预研究

【摘要】:研究目的:孤独感作为影响大学生身心健康的一个重要因素,被越来越多的心理学工作者所关注。研究大学生的孤独感现状,探讨其影响因素和干预措施,对提高大学生生活质量及塑造健康人格具有重要的理论和实践意义。 研究对象和方法:本论文分为两个研究。研究一以地处南昌市5所高校483名大学生为样本,用UCLA孤独问卷(第三版)、领悟社会支持量表、应对方式问卷对大学生孤独感现状做了调查并对其及影响因素进行了探究。研究二制定了一套干预大学生孤独感的团体心理辅导方案,招募了实验组和控制组各15人,对实验组进行8次团体心理辅导,以此探讨降低大学生孤独感水平的有效措施。 研究结果: 研究一结果: 1、调查样本中50.31%的大学生孤独感分数超过常模,孤独感较强。 2、大学生孤独感水平在专业、年级、城乡来源、独生子女和非独生子女、学生干部与非学生干部、恋爱大学生与非恋爱大学生之间存在显著差异。不同性别及不同家庭经济状况大学生孤独感水平不存在显著差异。 3、大学生应对方式中的解决问题、求助因子与孤独感成显著负相关。自责、幻想、退避和合理化因子与孤独感成显著正相关;社会支持各因子和孤独感均存在显著负相关;朋友支持、家庭支持及应对方式中的幻想因子显著影响孤独感水平。 研究二结果: 团体心理辅导可对成员提供社会支持,教授社交技巧,改变应对方式,提高认知水平,能显著降低大学生孤独感水平。 研究结论: ’大学生自我意识的偏差、社会需要的缺失、人际交往技能的缺乏及学校、家庭环境的缺陷导致大学生产生孤独感。团体心理辅导是改变大学生孤独感的有效途径之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: loneliness, as an important factor affecting the physical and mental health of college students, has been concerned by more and more psychologists. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the status quo of college students' loneliness and explore its influencing factors and intervention measures to improve the quality of life of college students and shape healthy personality. Object and method: this paper is divided into two studies. In the first study, 483 college students located in 5 universities in Nanchang city were investigated with UCLA Lonely questionnaire (third edition, perceived Social support scale, coping style questionnaire), and the status quo of loneliness of college students and its influencing factors were investigated. In the second study, a group psychological counseling program was established to interfere with college students' loneliness. 15 students in the experimental group and 15 in the control group were recruited, and 8 group psychological counseling sessions were carried out in the experimental group, so as to explore the effective measures to reduce the loneliness level of the college students. Results: 1.Results: 1, 50.31% of the college students in the survey sample had higher loneliness scores than the norm and had a strong sense of loneliness. 2. The level of loneliness of college students was in major, grade, urban and rural sources. There are significant differences between only child and non-only child, student cadres and non-student cadres, love college students and non-love college students. There was no significant difference in loneliness level between different gender and different family economic status. 3. There was a significant negative correlation between solicitude factor and loneliness in coping style of college students. The factors of self-blame, fantasy, avoidance and rationalization were significantly positively correlated with loneliness; social support factors were negatively correlated with loneliness; friends support, family support and coping styles had significant influence on loneliness level. Results of the second study: group psychological counseling can provide social support, teach social skills, change coping style and improve cognitive level, which can significantly reduce the loneliness level of college students. The conclusion of the study is: the deviation of college students' self-consciousness, the lack of social needs, the lack of interpersonal skills and the deficiency of school and family environment lead to the loneliness of college students. Group counseling is one of the effective ways to change college students' loneliness.
