论教师幸福的伦理内涵

【摘要】:追求幸福是人的终极追求,是一切社会生活价值的核心体现。教育是一种教人获得幸福品质的教育,教师幸福是作为教育主体的教师美好生活的现实体验,体现了教师作为主体在与人相处和社会交往中的生成和实现,蕴含着丰富的伦理内涵:教师幸福本是一种应然的伦理价值追求;教师幸福的保持需要伦理道德的维系;教师幸福的实现有其内在的德性要求。
[Abstract]:The pursuit of happiness is the ultimate pursuit of human beings and the core embodiment of all social values. Education is a kind of education that teaches people to acquire the quality of happiness. The happiness of teachers is the realistic experience of teachers' good life as the main body of education, which embodies the generation and realization of teachers as subjects in the process of getting along with people and social intercourse. It contains rich ethical connotations: the teacher's happiness is the pursuit of ethical value; the maintenance of teacher's happiness needs the maintenance of ethics; and the realization of teacher's happiness has its inherent moral requirements.
