【摘要】：正我国学校食堂在学校实行后勤后的经营主要依靠社会餐饮企业来进行,模式有效为学校的后勤部门减轻了负担带来了一定的经济效益。但是在学校餐饮中还存在一定的卫生问题。因此我们需要正视当前学校餐饮管理中存在的问题,加强学校餐饮的卫生管理保证中学师生的身体健康。食堂是劳动密集型服务,它为广大师生提供饮食,该种经营的模式以及经营对象的性质使得社会餐饮经营模式中风险性的存在。学校餐厅的安全是餐饮服务单位
[Abstract]:The school canteens are mainly relying on the social catering enterprises to carry out the post - logistics operation in the school , and the mode effectively reduces the burden on the logistics department of the school and brings certain economic benefits . Therefore , we need to face the problems existing in the school catering management , strengthen the health management of the school meals and guarantee the physical health of the middle school teachers and students . The canteen is labor intensive service , which provides the food for the general teachers and students , the mode of the operation and the nature of the business objects so that the risk exists in the social catering operation mode . The safety of the school restaurant is the catering service unit .
