【摘要】:《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》指出,树立以提高质量为核心的教育发展观,就要注重内涵发展,鼓励学校办出特色、办出水平。 一所学校要发展,必然要有一种独特的学校文化定位做支撑。这是一种超越于传授知识、培养能力与渗透方法的更高层次的自觉精神追求的文化,它是一种健康、和谐、人文、积极向上和可持续发展的学校氛围,这种文化具有高尚的价值取向,是全体师生和员工共同价值观的体现。 在全面总结学校历史经验和现实工作,继承学校优秀文化传统的基础上,进一步优化办学理念,形成系统、独特、能为全体师生广泛认同的、符合学校发展方向的精神文化体系,让学校深厚的精神文化积淀成为办特色学校的沃土,让学校精神文化赋有时代特色。形成相应的建设策略,发挥党支部作用,创设良好思想环境。注重思想引领,增强责任意识,倡导真诚理念,树立核心价值观。实施人文管理,强化激励机制,做到修炼心智,提升精神境界;奖励机制,满足不同需求;正面引导,学会自我调控。与此同时,完善评价机制,促进员工共同价值观形成。制定“以师为本”的治校方略,树立员工“自主管理”的工作意识,开展丰富活动,提升师生精神文化素养。学校精神文化建设富有特色将更好的打造这支团队,积极推进学校、教师和学生评价制度改革,逐步建立起以校为本,目标多元、方式多样、注重过程的发展性“长效评价机制”。对深层的办学内涵加以关注,对学校文化的历史积淀合理扬弃的理性分析,着眼于改善学校内部的文化环境和心理氛围,缓解教师职业倦怠,学校精神文化建设意义重大且助推学校不断向前发展。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 points out that in order to establish the concept of educational development with the core of improving quality, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of connotation and encourage schools to set up their own characteristics. If a school wants to develop, it must be supported by a unique school cultural orientation, which is a higher level of conscious spiritual pursuit that transcends the teaching of knowledge, the cultivation of ability and the infiltration of methods. It is a healthy, harmonious, humanistic, positive and sustainable development of the school atmosphere, this culture has a noble value orientation, is the expression of the common values of all teachers and students and employees. On the basis of summing up the school's historical experience and practical work and inheriting the excellent cultural tradition of the school, the author further optimizes the idea of running a school, forms a system, and is unique, which can be widely recognized by all teachers and students. The spiritual and cultural system in line with the direction of the development of the school, let the deep spiritual and cultural accumulation of the school become the fertile soil for running the characteristic school, let the spiritual culture of the school have the characteristics of the times and form the corresponding construction strategy. Give full play to the role of the Party branch, create a good ideological environment, pay attention to ideological guidance, enhance the sense of responsibility, advocate the concept of sincerity, set up core values, carry out humanistic management, strengthen the incentive mechanism, and achieve mental training. Enhance the spiritual realm; Incentive mechanism to meet different needs; At the same time, improve the evaluation mechanism, promote the formation of common values of employees, formulate the "teacher-oriented" strategy of school management, and establish the employees' work consciousness of "independent management". Carry out rich activities to enhance the spiritual and cultural literacy of teachers and students. The spirit and culture construction of the school will better build this team, actively promote the reform of the evaluation system of schools, teachers and students, and gradually establish school-based. The goal is diverse, the way is diverse, pays attention to the process development "the long-term effect appraisal mechanism", to the deep school connotation carries on the concern, to the school culture historical accumulation reasonable sublation rational analysis. In order to improve the cultural environment and psychological atmosphere of the school, to alleviate the teachers' job burnout, the spiritual and cultural construction of the school is of great significance and promotes the development of the school.
