校长文化素养:意涵、困境与策略

【摘要】：校长情绪领导是校长在情绪自我管理的基础上,发挥情绪影响力,关照成员情绪,让成员在情绪良好的状况中完成组织目标的领导方式。本文针对校长情绪领导中自身情绪难以调适、教师情绪难以顾全、组织情绪难以协调三大困境,提出校长在修身、待人、治校上应有的情绪领导策略,以期有助于校长实现人性化的高效领导。
[Abstract]:The principal's emotional leadership is based on emotional self-management, exerts emotional influence and takes care of the members' emotions. This paper aims at the difficult adjustment of the principal's emotional leadership, the teacher's emotion is difficult to take care of, and the organizational emotion is difficult to coordinate the three major predicaments. This paper puts forward the emotional leadership strategy of the principal in self-cultivation, treating others and managing the school, in order to help the principal to realize humanized and efficient leadership.
