【摘要】：价值诉求是学校管理制度的灵魂和根本精神之所在,它统摄和指引着学校管理制度的构建与变革。但是,长期以来,在"控制"理念的主宰下,学校管理制度的建设陷入了某些误区和困境。这使得学校管理制度不仅不能促进教育目标的实现,反而成为了教育发展的障碍和限制。基于此,本文在对"控制"理念下的学校管理制度所面临的困境及背后的原因进行剖析的基础上提出:"解放"才是学校管理制度改革的根本价值诉求。
[Abstract]:Where is the value pursuit of school management system and the basic spirit of the soul, it governs and guides and change the construction of school management system. However, for a long time, in the "control" concept, the construction of school management system in some misunderstandings and difficulties. This makes the school management system can not only promote the realization of education goals instead, become obstacles to the development of education and restricted. Based on this, the analysis of reasons for this dilemma in and behind the faces to "the school management system control" under the concept of the "liberation" is the fundamental value of the reform of the management system of the school.
