【摘要】：目前基础教育中存在着一些貌似合理却违背教育公正的分班方式,这些现象的出现不断拷问着校长的专业伦理责任。校长对自身专业伦理的"无认知"与"不自觉"成为衍生一系列不合理分班方式的原因之一。为了杜绝不均衡分班的做法,需要在如下几方面做出努力:加强校长的专业伦理培训,增强校长在均衡分班方面的主体自觉;对校长进行教育科学知识培训,确保分班的科学性;最重要的的是,教育界亟待建立与校长这一职业相匹配的专业伦理守则。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some seemingly reasonable but contrary to the educational justice in the basic education class division. It is necessary to make efforts in the following aspects: strengthening the professional ethics training of principals and strengthening the principal body consciousness in balanced class division; Carry on the education science knowledge training to the principal, ensure the scientific nature of the class division; Most importantly, there is an urgent need for the education community to establish a professional code of ethics that matches the profession of principals.
