【摘要】：正7月10日,昆明市公布《昆明市学校校园安全能力建设实施办法》(以下简称《办法》),适用于教育行政主管部门批准设立(含公办和民办)的全日制中小学校(含中等职业学校、特殊教育学校和幼儿园)。《办法》提出学校必须设置保卫处或保卫科/室,并按学校人数不低于1.5‰的比例配置专职人员,每个校区校园配置专职人员不得低于1人。非寄宿制学校按照不低于在校人数3‰的比例聘用专职保安,保安必须在45周岁以下,并依法考取保安证。寄宿制学校按照不低于在校人数4‰的比例聘
