学习型组织和学习型学校

【摘要】：随着人们对学习社会认识的不断深入,学习社会的基本细胞——学习型组织,日益得到广泛的重视。本文从学习型组织的基本特点入手,引出学习型组织的典范——学习型学校。从什么是学习型学校、学校里教师学习的特点、学校应为社区做出贡献等几个方面,说明学习型学校应该在学习社会的创建中发挥应有的作用,成为学习型组织的典范,促进学习社会的形成。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of people's understanding of learning society, learning organization, the basic cell of learning society, has been paid more and more attention. Leading to the model of learning organization-learning school. From what is a learning school, the characteristics of teachers in the school, the school should contribute to the community, and so on. It shows that the learning school should play its due role in the establishment of the learning society, become the model of the learning organization and promote the formation of the learning society.
