【摘要】:案例培训法将现实中的问题作为案例,通过组织参训校长的分析讨论以提高其分析能力、判断能力、解决问题以及执行学校政务的能力。根据组织行为学的学习分类理论,案例培训拟分为代理性和亲验式案例分析。
[Abstract]:The case training method takes the real problem as a case, through organizing the analysis and discussion of the principal of the training to improve its analytical ability, judgment ability, problem-solving ability and the ability of carrying out the school government affairs, according to the learning classification theory of organizational behavior, Case training is divided into a case study of generational rationality and a pro-priori approach.
