现代学校治理结构中校长的协调者角色——从关系学的角度

【摘要】：不断完善学校治理体系,实现学校治理能力现代化,是现代学校发展及其制度建设的必然要求和必经之路。学校是关系的依存,校长是关系的协调者,在内部治理逐渐走向深入的社会背景下,校长需要在管学治教过程中既做好外部和内部关系的协调,为学校发展创设一个和谐的内部和外部环境,还要有效协调资源,不仅要协调师资,建立合理的教师发展梯队,以优秀的教师团队引领学校发展,还要协调好生源,保证学校健康可持续发展,同时,还要将资源利用效益最大化,不断改善办学条件。因此,校长的协调者角色对学校发展和现代学校制度建设起到非常重要的作用。校长的协调能力和协调水平直接影响到学校管理的质量和水平,是管理高效的前提和保证。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to perfect the school governance system and realize the modernization of the school governance ability, which is the inevitable requirement and the only way for the development of modern school and its system construction. The school is dependent on the relationship, and the principal is the coordinator of the relationship. In the social background of internal governance, principals need to coordinate the external and internal relations, create a harmonious internal and external environment for the development of schools, and coordinate resources effectively. We should not only coordinate teachers, set up a reasonable echelon of teacher development, guide the development of schools with excellent teacher teams, but also coordinate the sources of students to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of schools, and at the same time, maximize the benefits of resource utilization. Therefore, the principal's role as coordinator plays a very important role in the development of school and the construction of modern school system. The principal's coordination ability and coordination level directly affect the quality and level of school management. Is the premise and guarantee of efficient management.
