开放大学低值易耗品管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：开放大学后勤管理信息化是指在开放大学后勤管理、服务的各个层次和各个方面,采用先进的计算机、通信、互联网等信息技术和产品,充分整合和广泛利用学校内外的信息资源,提高管理与服务水平的过程。针对目前开放大学对低值易耗品管理中存在的重视程度不够、资金来源渠道多、添置领用不规范等问题,引进计算机管理,开发低值易耗品管理信息系统,在降低学校办学成本、提高资金利用率的同时,逐步实现低值易耗品管理的科学化、规范化、系统化。
[Abstract]:Open university logistics management information refers to the logistics management in the open universities, different levels and aspects of the service, the use of advanced computer, communication, Internet and other information technologies and products, fully integrated and widely used inside and outside the school of information resources, improve the management level of service process. Aiming at the Open University of consumable attention there in the management of goods not in low value, multiple sources of funding, additional recipients are not standardized and other issues, the introduction of computer management, the development of low value consumables in the management information system, reduce the cost of running schools, improve the utilization of funds at the same time, gradually realize the low value consumables management in a scientific, standardized.
