基于研究共同体的理性自觉:教育家型校长培养之目标、理念与路径

【摘要】：通过对当前教育家型校长培养的"两极模式"的弊端进行分析,认为无论是教育理论优先还是教育实践优先都无法真正打通教育理论与教育实践之间的桥梁。教育家型校长成长的标志是理性自觉的实践者,其具有实践、理性、自觉的特征。因此,对于培养基地来说,构建研究共同体是教育家型校长培养的理性选择,并在这样的培养理念指导下,在课程设计、平台建设、资源建设以及具体策略等方面为培养对象真正走向理性自觉提供路径支持。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the malpractice of the "bipolar mode" in the cultivation of educationalists, it is concluded that neither the educational theory nor the educational practice can really bridge the bridge between educational theory and educational practice.The sign of the growth of educationalist principal is the practitioner of rational consciousness, which has the characteristics of practice, rationality and consciousness.Therefore, for the training base, the construction of research community is the rational choice of educationalist principal training, and under the guidance of such training concept, under the curriculum design, platform construction,The construction of resources and specific strategies provide path support for the training object to move towards rationality and self-consciousness.
