知识管理在教育资源管理系统中的应用研究

【摘要】:目前我国的教育资源建设已经颇有成效,为信息化教育的开展提供了充足的资源支持。随着教育资源数量的增加和应用的广泛,如何对其进行有效地管理成为一个亟待解决的问题。长期以来,教育资源管理受信息管理理论和技术的制约,过多地注重资源的获取与存储,忽视了教育资源的共享、评价和创新等其它不可或缺的功能。 教育资源管理系统作为学校实施教育资源管理的软件平台,不能单纯作为教育资源堆积、罗列的数据库,更应支持各种类型教育资源的获取、分类、组织、存储、共享、评价和创新。知识管理作为一种新的管理理念,关注组织内知识资源的识别、获取、储存、传递、利用和创新。将知识管理的理论和技术应用于教育资源的管理之中,目的在于为教育资源管理提供一种新的指导思想和支持技术,从而优化教育资源管理系统的设计思想和开发过程。 论文第1 章报告了教育资源管理系统的研究现状,尝试将管理领域的知识管理与教育资源管理相结合,提出了论文的研究意义和研究重点。 论文第2 章首先介绍了美国的教育资源建设与管理经验,在对我国教育资源管理系统的发展历程和常见类型进行研究的基础上,指出了教育资源管理系统的发展趋势。 教育资源管理系统作为有效整合各种教育资源的平台,是教育资源建设的重要组成部分。从早期的资源库形式发展至今,教育资源管理系统的功能、结构和建设模式不断优化,为研究性学习、课程整合和现代远程教育的开展创设了了良好的信息化环境。 论文第3 章介绍了知识管理的基本理论,探讨了知识管理的起源、涵义和功能,详细分析了知识管理在教育领域内的研究现状。知识管理虽然起源于企业管理,但其理论和技术对于信息化社会的知识活动具有一般适用性。知识管理主要研究如何利用先进的技术手段促进组织内知识的获取、传递、共享和创新。人、过程和技术是它的三个要素,现代信息技术是知识管理得以有效实现的保证,推动着从数据管理、信息管理到知识管理的演变历程。 在教育领域,知识管理就是将各种教育资源转化为显性知识和隐性知识网状联系的知识集合,并对这些知识提供开放式管理,以实现知识的获取、传递、利用、共享和创新。 论文第4 章首先驳斥了传统信息管理的理论和技术导致的教育资源建设“技术观”和“信息观”倾向,主张在知识管理指导下建立起教育资源知识流,形成教育资源建设共建共享的新机制。 根据知识管理,教育资源知识管理框架由基础平台、知识处理流程、促进机制和知识创新组成。教育资源的知识处理流程是框架的关键环节,在其中应用各
[Abstract]:At present, the construction of educational resources in our country has been quite effective, which provides sufficient resources support for the development of information education.With the increase of educational resources and their wide application, how to manage them effectively becomes an urgent problem.For a long time, educational resource management is restricted by information management theory and technology. It pays too much attention to the acquisition and storage of resources and neglects other indispensable functions such as sharing, evaluation and innovation of educational resources.The educational resource management system, as the software platform for the school to implement the educational resource management, can not only be used as the educational resource accumulation, but also should support the access, classification, organization, storage and sharing of all kinds of educational resources.Evaluation and innovationAs a new management concept, knowledge management focuses on the identification, acquisition, storage, transfer, utilization and innovation of knowledge resources in an organization.Applying the theory and technology of knowledge management to the management of educational resources, the purpose of this paper is to provide a new guiding ideology and supporting technology for the management of educational resources, so as to optimize the design and development process of the educational resources management system.The first chapter reports the present situation of the educational resource management system, tries to combine the knowledge management in the field of management with the educational resource management, and puts forward the research significance and research emphasis of the paper.Chapter 2 first introduces the experience of American educational resource construction and management. Based on the research on the development and common types of educational resource management system in China, the author points out the development trend of educational resource management system.Educational resources management system is an important part of educational resources construction as a platform to integrate all kinds of educational resources effectively.Since the early form of resource bank, the function, structure and construction mode of educational resource management system have been optimized constantly, which has created a good information environment for research learning, curriculum integration and the development of modern distance education.Chapter 3 introduces the basic theory of knowledge management, discusses the origin, meaning and function of knowledge management, and analyzes in detail the research status of knowledge management in the field of education.Although knowledge management originated from enterprise management, its theory and technology have general applicability to knowledge activities in information society.Knowledge management mainly studies how to use advanced technical means to promote the acquisition, transmission, sharing and innovation of knowledge within an organization.Human, process and technology are its three elements. Modern information technology is the guarantee of the effective realization of knowledge management, which promotes the evolution from data management, information management to knowledge management.In the field of education, knowledge management is to transform all kinds of educational resources into the knowledge set of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge network connection, and provide open management to these knowledge, in order to achieve the acquisition, transmission, utilization, sharing and innovation of knowledge.Chapter 4 firstly refutes the tendency of "technology view" and "information view" in the construction of educational resources caused by the theory and technology of traditional information management, and advocates the establishment of knowledge flow of educational resources under the guidance of knowledge management.To form a new mechanism for the construction and sharing of educational resources.According to knowledge management, educational resource knowledge management framework consists of basic platform, knowledge processing process, promotion mechanism and knowledge innovation.The process of knowledge processing of educational resources is the key link of the framework.
