四川省2008与2004年城市青少年健康危险行为比较分析

【摘要】：目的了解青少年健康危险行为的报告率、分布及其变化情况,为制定相关干预措施提供科学依据。方法分别于2004和2008学年对四川省青少年健康危险行为进行问卷调查,并对2次结果进行比较分析。结果 2008年与2004年比较,报告率上升的有偏食(41.6%)、经常喝碳酸饮料(19.1%)、自行采取减肥措施(31.9%)、较长时间看电视(41.2%)、长时间玩电子游戏(12.4%)、骑自行车违规(55.5%)、失眠(12.8%)、有离家出走意念(42.6%)、目前饮酒(35.9%)、曾使用过毒品(4.4%)、长时间上网(11.4%)。结论青少年部分危险行为报告上升,应引起社会、学校、家庭的关注,大力开展健康教育与健康干预,防止或减少危害健康行为的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the reporting rate, distribution and changes of adolescent health risk behaviors, and to provide scientific basis for making relevant intervention measures.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on adolescent health risk behaviors in Sichuan Province in 2004 and 2008 school years, and the results were compared and analyzed.Results in 2008 compared with 2004,Among those who reported an increase in the rate of report were: 41.6% partial food, frequent drinking of carbonated drinks, 19.1kung, taking measures to lose weight by oneself, 31.910%, watching TV for a longer period of time, playing video games for a long time, playing video games for a long time, playing video games for a long period of time, playing video games, breaking the law of 55.555, losing sleep, having an idea of running away from home, 42.6% of them, drinking 35.9m at present, having used 35. 9% of the alcohol, having used it for a long period of time, playing video games and playing video games for a long time.After 4. 4% of the drug, long-time Internet access to 11. 4%.Conclusion it is necessary to pay attention to the increasing risk behavior report of adolescents, and to carry out health education and health intervention to prevent or reduce the occurrence of harmful behaviors.
