浅论新公共管理理论对学校改革的启示

【摘要】：新公共管理理论为我国正在进行的学校改革提供了许多值得借鉴的方面:学校改革在强化政府教育投入时,加大学校所有权、经营权和管理权的分离力度,大力扶持社会其他部门和组织依法举办学校教育;综合运用行政指令和市场调控两种手段,有效地发挥市场在教育资源配置中的积极作用是政府管理学校的最佳选择;学校管理中要善于借鉴私营部门的工商管理理论、方法和技术,不断提高学校绩效;赋予家长一定的教育选择权,学校应重视家长(学生)不同的教育需要,接受家长监督,不断提高教育质量。
[Abstract]:The new public management theory has provided many aspects worth learning for the school reform in our country: the school reform strengthens the government education investment, strengthens the school ownership, the management right and the management power separation dynamics, It is the best choice for the government to manage schools by giving full support to other social departments and organizations to organize school education according to law, to comprehensively use administrative instruction and market regulation and control, and to give full play to the positive role of the market in the allocation of educational resources. In school management, we should be good at drawing lessons from the theories, methods and techniques of business management in the private sector, constantly improve school performance, give parents a certain educational option, and schools should pay attention to the different educational needs of parents (students) and accept parental supervision. Continuously improve the quality of education.
