昭通市青少年健康相关危险行为分析

【摘要】：目的了解昭通市青少年健康危险行为流行现状及不良影响,为相关部门制定相应策略和措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取昭通市昭阳区城区及周边10所中学近3 000名学生进行健康相关危险行为问卷调查。结果所调查的健康危险行为在受试学生中均有不同程度的存在,其中吃油炸食品和吃甜点的报告率分别为83.31%和82.80%,骑车带人、步行危险行为、游泳危险行为、打架行为、尝试吸烟、上网时间超过自己预想的时间分别为46.65%,30.86%,18.04%,25.77%,45.31%和20.68%。各种危险行为的报告率在不同性别、年级(年龄)、学校类型、家庭结构中均存在着不同程度的差异。结论当前昭通市青少年普遍存在多种健康相关危险行为;应建立以卫生、教育部门为核心的多部门合作机制,共同防止危害健康的行为发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and adverse effects of adolescent health risk behavior in Zhaotong City, and to provide scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate relevant strategies and measures. Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to investigate the health-related risk behaviors of nearly 3,000 students in Zhaoyang District of Zhaotong City. Results the health risk behaviors were found in different degree among the subjects. The reported rates of eating fried food and eating dessert were 83.31% and 82.80%, respectively. The dangerous behavior of biking, walking, swimming, fighting, and so on were 83.31% and 82.80%, respectively. The time of trying to smoke was 46.65% and 30.86%, respectively, and the amount of 18.04 was 25.77% and 20.68%, respectively. The reporting rates of all kinds of risk behaviors vary by sex, grade (age, school type, family structure). Conclusion there are many kinds of health related risk behaviors among adolescents in Zhaotong City at present, and it is necessary to establish a multi-department cooperation mechanism with health and education departments as the core to jointly prevent the occurrence of health-related behaviors.
