宁波市小学生控烟知识知晓情况

【摘要】：目的了解宁波市小学生控烟知识知晓情况,为有效开展学生控烟教育和实施行为干预提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法对11所小学4 336名学生进行问卷调查。结果小学生烟草危害知识的总知晓率为62.1%,禁烟正向态度持有率为85.1%,二者均随年级的增高呈上升趋势,小学生未来12个月及未来5 a可能会吸烟的行为发生率分别为4.1%,5.5%,男生高于女生。结论小学生对烟草危害知识的知晓率有待于进一步提高,应将小学生纳入控烟重点人群,采取针对性干预措施,引导他们学会拒绝烟草。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the knowledge of smoking control among primary school students in Ningbo, and to provide scientific basis for effective smoking control education and behavioral intervention. Methods A multi-stage random sampling method was used to investigate 4 336 students in 11 primary schools. Results the total awareness rate of primary school students' tobacco hazard knowledge was 62.1, and the holding rate of anti-smoking positive attitude was 85.1. Both of them showed an upward trend with the increase of grade. The incidence of smoking in primary school students in the next 12 months and 5 years was 4. 1 and 5. 5 respectively, which was higher in boys than in girls. Conclusion the awareness rate of primary school students on tobacco hazard knowledge needs to be further improved. Primary school students should be included in the key population of tobacco control and take targeted intervention measures to guide them to learn to reject tobacco.
