教务管理工作规范化和现代化的探讨

【摘要】：教务管理是学校教学管理工作的核心,关系到学校教学秩序的稳定和教学质量的提高。如何提高教务管理工作的规范化和现代化水平,是值得我们研究的重要课题。我们应该从树立现代化的管理思想、完善制度、加强培训、规范全过程及实现管理手段现代化等方面进行探讨。
[Abstract]:Educational administration is the core of school teaching management, which is related to the stability of school teaching order and the improvement of teaching quality. How to improve the standardization and modernization of educational administration is an important subject worthy of our study. We should probe into such aspects as setting up modern management thought, perfecting system, strengthening training, standardizing the whole process and realizing the modernization of management means.
