【摘要】：正优秀学者担任学校管理者,赞同声与质疑声并存。赞同者认为,优秀学者尤其是那些海归"大牛"心系国家,理应重用,并借助他们来改革国内学术界的现状;质疑者认为,优秀学者一旦走上学而优则仕的中国式老路,对学术界而言是重大损失,还有可能成为自己批评的科研体制的牺牲品。笔者以为,在我国当前的学术氛围下",大牛"学者走上领导岗位有助于实现学术效果的最大化。纵览全球名校,世界顶级科学家担任名校校长并非个案。据统计,世界排名前100名的大学校长,都拥有博士学位,排名前20
