美国校长评价国内研究综述

【摘要】：在世界教育改革浪潮中,各国都在借鉴他国经验的基础上,结合本国具体实际如火如荼的开展教育改革,教育问责制也随之产生。近年来,校长专业标准和校长评价标准成为世界性的重点课题。整合我国学者对美国校长评价的研究,并进行分类,以期推动我国校长专业化的发展,加快校长评价研制的进程。
[Abstract]:In the wave of education reform in the world, every country is drawing lessons from the experience of other countries, and carrying out the educational reform in full swing combining with the actual situation of our country, and the education accountability system also comes into being. In recent years, professional standards and evaluation standards of principals have become a worldwide focus. In order to promote the professional development of principals in our country and accelerate the development process of the evaluation of principals, this paper integrates and classifies the research on the evaluation of American principals by Chinese scholars.
