学校科研的文化观照

【摘要】：学校科研,说到底,是一种文化现象,它是教师群体接受的一种特定的人文教化,是教师群体在研究背景下的一种生活方式。把学校科研上升到文化的高度来认识,并且鲜明地提出"科研文化观",具有多方面的重要意义。学校科研文化是学校文化的重要组成部分,它服从并服务于学校文化,不过,科研文化又相对独立,对学校文化具有巨大的反作用。我们尝试把建设学校科研文化的总体思路概括为这样两句话:把握"三大件",践行"文化观"。
[Abstract]:School scientific research, after all, is a kind of cultural phenomenon, which is a kind of special humanistic education accepted by teachers and a way of life of teachers' group under the background of research. It is of great significance to raise the scientific research in schools to the level of culture and to put forward the concept of scientific research culture clearly. School scientific research culture is an important part of school culture. It serves and serves school culture. However, scientific research culture is relatively independent and has a huge reaction to school culture. We try to generalize the general idea of constructing the culture of scientific research in schools into two words: grasp the "three major things" and practice the "cultural view".
