上海普通高校教学质量管理经验及其评估

【摘要】:提高教学质量是80年代以来我国高等教育改革和发展的一个核心目标,也是高校教育教学改革努力的方向。高校是如何认识并管理教学质量的?当前我国普通高校教学质量管理状况究竟如何?有哪些经验?如何认识和发展这些经验?本文报告了不久前围绕上述问题对上海普通高校进行的一项专题研究的部分成果。上海高校的教学质量管理经验可概括为一个以制度为基础,以严格管理和不断创新为特征,,由16个相互联系的要素构成的教学质量监控系统。这一经验代表了上海高校为适应日益复杂的内外环境,在教学管理方面所做出的集体努力,是我国高等教育发展到新阶段的产物,在国内具有前导性,在国际上亦有一定优势。上海经验目前还处于生长期,有着很大的发展潜力。发展和完善这一经验,既需要高校自身做出努力,更需要外部提供体制性支持
[Abstract]:Improving teaching quality is a core goal of the reform and development of higher education in China since the 1980s, and it is also the direction of the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities. How do colleges and universities understand and manage the quality of teaching? What is the current situation of teaching quality management in colleges and universities in China? What's your experience? How can these experiences be recognized and developed? This paper reports some achievements of a special research on Shanghai ordinary colleges and universities which was carried out recently around the above problems. The teaching quality management experience of Shanghai colleges and universities can be summarized as a teaching quality monitoring system based on institution, characterized by strict management and continuous innovation, and consisting of 16 interrelated elements. This experience represents the collective efforts made by Shanghai colleges and universities to adapt to the increasingly complex internal and external environment. It is the product of the development of higher education in China to a new stage and has some advantages at home and abroad. The Shanghai experience is still in its growing stage and has great potential for development. To develop and perfect this experience requires not only the efforts of universities themselves, but also the external institutional support.
