隆安县壮族学生生长发育及营养状况分析

【摘要】：目的　了解贫困地区壮族中小学生的生长发育水平及营养现状。方法　选取中小学各 2所 5 1 54名 7～ 1 8岁壮族中小学生体检卡片 ,按“1 995年全国 7～ 2 2岁汉族学生身高体重百分位数评价表”进行生长发育水平评价 ;采用“中国学生 7～ 2 2岁身高标准体重值”评定现时营养状况。结果　总营养不良率高于全国平均水平。中学生营养不良率高于小学生 ;女生营养不良率高于男生 ,小学生超重肥胖率高于中学生 ,生长发育不良人数高于发育上等人数。结论　隆安县中小学生营养状况较差。应加强营养知识宣传 ,保证生长发育所需的均衡、充足、全面的营养。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the growth and development level and nutritional status of primary and middle school students of Zhuang nationality in poor areas. Methods A total of 5154 students aged from 7 to 18 years old were selected from 2 primary and secondary schools. The growth and development level of Han nationality students aged 7 ~ 22 years old in China was evaluated according to the scale of the percentile of height and weight of 7 ~ 22 year old students in China, and the present nutritional status was evaluated by "Standard weight value of Chinese students aged 7 ~ 22 years". Results the total malnutrition rate was higher than the national average. The malnutrition rate of middle school students is higher than that of primary school students, the rate of female students' malnutrition is higher than that of boys, the rate of overweight and obesity of pupils is higher than that of middle school students, and the number of stunted students is higher than that of the Conclusion the nutritional status of primary and middle school students in Longan County is poor. Nutrition knowledge propaganda should be strengthened to ensure balanced, sufficient and comprehensive nutrition for growth and development.
