不能一味要求学校承担“无限责任”

【摘要】：正最近有新闻提到,高校体育测试要签"生死状"。这背后反映的问题,即学校和老师被要求承担"无限责任",需要引起各界重视。不仅是高校,如今与学生、家长签免责书也是很多中小学的惯常做法。学校这么做并不完全是想逃避责任,而是近年来社会对学校的要求越来越高,但凡学生出了问题,几乎都由学校承担责任,学校已经难以承受。
[Abstract]:It is recently mentioned in news that college sports tests should be signed "life and death form." The problem behind this, that schools and teachers are required to take on unlimited responsibility, needs attention. Not only colleges, but now students and parents to sign disclaimer is also common practice in many primary and secondary schools. This is not a complete attempt to evade responsibility, but in recent years society has become increasingly demanding of the school, but if students have problems, almost all the school is responsible, the school has been unable to afford.
