【摘要】:上海一所学校曾发生一起"一名学生在校被歹徒劫持"的事件。本文是通过对事件发生前的重视和预防,发生时的应对和策略,发生后的恢复和教育等方面进行的思考,尝试整理事件的线索,以多元的观点去理解学校危机管理模式,以加深对危机管理的认识,希望对学校的管理和发展有一点帮助。
[Abstract]:In a school in Shanghai, a student was abducted by a gangster. This paper attempts to sort out the clues of the incident and understand the school crisis management model from the view of multiple viewpoints through the consideration of the pre-incident attention and prevention, the coping and strategy of the occurrence, the recovery and education after the occurrence, and so on. In order to deepen the understanding of crisis management, hope to help the management and development of the school.
