健康教育课对大学生健康知识与行为的影响分析

【摘要】：目的了解健康教育必修课对大学生健康知识与行为的影响,分析高校健康教育中存在的问题。方法随机抽取上海财经大学1 046名大学生,采用自编量表进行调查。结果实施健康教育授课后,大学生健康概念理解的知晓率达90.69%;营养知识的知晓率显著上升。基本健康行为形成率及心理行为的正确率均明显高于未授课学生,每日规律三餐,适当睡眠形成率分别为85.87%,89.51%;缺乏自信理解自己的正确率分别为28.19%,37.78%和42.63%。结论健康教育必修课能显著提高大学生的健康知识水平、改善行为状况,但高校健康教育还应重视强化教育及完善复合式教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the effect of the required course of health education on the health knowledge and behavior of college students and analyze the problems existing in the health education in colleges and universities. Methods 1 046 college students from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics were randomly selected and investigated with self-made scale. Results after the implementation of health education, the understanding rate of health concept of college students reached 90.69 and the knowledge rate of nutrition increased significantly. The formation rate of basic healthy behavior and the correct rate of psychological behavior were significantly higher than those of untaught students. The rate of proper sleep formation was 85.87% and 89.51%, respectively, and the correct rate of understanding oneself without self-confidence was 28.197.78% and 42.63%, respectively. Conclusion the required course of health education can significantly improve the level of health knowledge and behavior of college students, but health education in colleges and universities should also pay attention to strengthen education and perfect compound education.
