【摘要】：正近年来,随着我国高等教育事业的迅速发展,学校的教学管理队伍发生了很大的变化。一批具有丰富教学实践经验,并在教书育人方面卓有成效的优秀教师被选拔到教学管理部门的领导岗位上来,同时,一大批研究生、本科生等新生力量也相继充实到各校教学管理部门中。这两部分人员的加入,不仅壮大了高校教学管理部门的力量,更重要的是,增强了各校教学管理部门的生机和活力,对改善高校教学管理部门的结构、提高教学管理干部队伍的群体素质、增强其发展
