走出青春期性教育的困惑

【摘要】：正青少年时期正值儿童向成人过渡的关键时期,这一时期的少男少女们,正处于生理发育和心理发展急剧变化的阶段。女孩子月经初潮,男孩子出现遗精,性意识开始萌发。由此而产生了对性的好奇、担心和恐惧。青少年性生理和性心理的发展,既能把个体引向正常而健康的学习与生活道路,也可能使他们产生一些不符合社会公认道德水平的不负责任的行为。为此,在性机能趋于成熟的青春期,正确地引导青少年认识和对待自己的性生理与性心理发展的特点,不仅有助于他们身心的健康成长,而且可以帮助他们形成正确的恋爱观,净化性道德;相反,若无视这些特点或对之处理不当,会引发一系列身心的疾病、困扰及道德的沦丧,从而给青少年本人、家庭、学校乃至社会带
[Abstract]:The period of adolescence is the key period of the transition from children to adults. Boys and girls in this period are in the stage of rapid changes in physical and psychological development. Girls menstrual menarche, boys appear spermatozoa, sexual consciousness began to germinate. This gives rise to curiosity, fear and fear of sex. The development of adolescents' sexual physiology and psychology can lead individuals to a normal and healthy way of study and life, and may also lead them to some irresponsible behaviors which are not in accordance with the accepted moral level of society. Therefore, in the puberty when the sexual function tends to be mature, it is not only helpful for them to grow up physically and mentally, but also to form a correct view of love, by correctly guiding teenagers to understand and treat the characteristics of their own sexual physiology and psychological development. Purging morality; on the contrary, ignoring or improperly handling these characteristics can lead to a series of physical and mental diseases, distress and moral decay, thus giving adolescents themselves, families, schools and even society a belt
