嘉兴市学校食品及饮用水卫生状况

【摘要】：正为有效预防和控制学校食物中毒及其他食源性疾病的发生,保障广大师生的身心健康和生命安全,维护正常的教学秩序,2003年9月笔者对辖区内各级各类学校和幼托机构(以下统称学校)的饮食及饮用水卫生状况进行了调查,报道如下。1 对象与方法1.1 对象 嘉兴市区大专院校8所,中学25所,小学67所,幼托机构58所和学生集体用餐加工单位5家,共163家单位。1.2 方法 依据有关卫生法律、法规和规章的要求制作调查表,包括学校卫生管理制度、食品经营卫生状况及供餐供水情况等,对各学校的饮食、饮用水卫生状况进行调查。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively prevent and control the occurrence of food poisoning and other foodborne diseases in schools, and to safeguard the physical and mental health and safety of teachers and students, To maintain normal teaching order, in September 2003, the author investigated the hygienic status of diet and drinking water in all kinds of schools and institutions (hereinafter referred to as "schools") in the jurisdiction. Objects and methods 1.1. There are 8 colleges and universities, 25 middle schools, 67 primary schools, 58 nursery institutions and 5 students' collective meal processing units in Jiaxing City. A total of 163 units. 1.2 methods are based on the relevant health laws. The requirements of laws and regulations are to make a questionnaire, including school hygiene management system, food management hygiene and food and water supply, etc., and to investigate the hygienic status of drinking water and diet in every school.
