湖北省某县中学生对性侵犯的认知及影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的分析湖北省某县中学生对性侵犯的认知情况及其影响因素,为制定儿童性侵犯预防策略提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取1 499名中学生进行问卷调查,收集学生对性及性侵犯的认知情况,应用χ~2检验和多因素Logistic回归进行统计分析。结果有51.3%的中学生对性侵犯认知得分低于平均分。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高中生(OR=2.514),母亲不外出务工(OR=1.416),曾与成年人交流过性相关话题(OR=2.248)是男学生对未成年人性侵犯认知的保护因素;非独生子女(OR=0.674)是男学生对性侵犯认知的危险因素。高中生(OR=1.744)是女学生对儿童性侵犯认知的保护因素,非独生子女(OR=0.627),监护人的受教育程度低(OR=0.740)是女学生对儿童性侵犯认知的危险因素结论湖北省某县中学生对性侵犯的认知不足。这种认知缺陷受多方面的因素影响,主要原因是性教育不足,或者性教育获取途径受限。监护人和学校应该重视学生的性教育,以提高学生对性及性侵犯的认知。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the cognition and influencing factors of sexual assault among middle school students in a county of Hubei province, and to provide scientific basis for making prevention strategies of child sexual assault. Methods A total of 1 499 middle school students were investigated by stratified cluster sampling. The cognition of sex and sexual assault was collected and analyzed by 蠂 ~ 2 test and multivariate Logistic regression. Results 51.3% of the middle school students scored less than the average score on sexual assault cognition. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that high school students (OR=2.514), mothers not going out to work (OR=1.416), and having communicated sexual related topics (OR=2.248) with adults were the protective factors of male students' cognition of sexual abuse of minors. Non-only child (OR=0.674) is a risk factor for male students' knowledge of sexual assault. High school students (OR=1.744) were the protective factors of female students' cognition of child sexual assault, while non-only child (OR=0.627) and low education level of guardians (OR=0.740) were the risk factors of female students' cognition of child sexual assault. Conclusion the cognition of sexual assault among middle school students in a county of Hubei Province is insufficient. This cognitive defect is affected by many factors, mainly due to insufficient sex education or limited access to sex education. Guardians and schools should pay more attention to sex education in order to enhance students' awareness of sexual and sexual abuse.
