农村学校领导班子的管理误区及其改进

【摘要】:当前农村学校领导班子存在管理误区:安于现状即有效管理;个别培养即有效教学;照搬照抄即有效落实……这些误区急需加以关注,以便找到更为合适和恰当的管理方法,实现对农村学校的有效管理:与自身,博采众长、虚心完善;与教师,团结民主,提升能力;与学生,因材施教,德才兼顾;与规制,结合本土、刚柔并济。只有这样,才能更好地开展农村学校的教育改革。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some misunderstandings in the management of the leading group of rural schools: to be satisfied with the present situation is to manage effectively; to train individually is to teach effectively; to copy and to carry out effectively. In order to find more appropriate and appropriate management methods to realize the effective management of rural schools, these misunderstandings need to be paid close attention to. With students, teaching according to their aptitude, virtue and talent; and regulation, combined with local, rigid and soft. Only in this way, can we better carry out the education reform of rural schools.
