文章摘要:[目的/意义]激励策略对于促进全民阅读是比较有效的方法和策略。在全民阅读活动中恰当地运用激励手段,对于引导民众积极参与阅读的行为,激发民众阅读的潜能和兴趣,培育民众养成阅读的好习惯,促进全民阅读工程新常态发展具有重要意义。[方法/过程]基于全民阅读的现状和激励的原因,概括激励措施对于全民阅读活动的作用,提出激励措施要符合国情、激励机制要坚持一定原则、科学地选择激励手段、注重激励运行的层次性、优化配置激励资源等运用措施,进而阐述多种运作模式。[结果/结论]在全民阅读工程中可采用政策激励、物质激励、精神激励、竞赛激励、舆论激励和目标激励等运作模式,各种激励模式互为补充,,形成一套与时俱进、行之有效的激励体系,不断提高激励程度和水平,将激励手段贯穿于全民阅读活动的全过程,推动全民阅读工程进入新常态发展。
Abstr:[ Purpose/significance ] To promote the sustainable development of national reading activities, excitation mechanism is one of the most effective ways. Appropriate incentive methods in the nationwide reading are significant to guide the people to actively participate into the reading, to stimulate their potency and interest, to foster their habit of reading and finally to promote the project of national reading promotion as a new norm. [ Method/process] Based on the reading status and the reasons for the excitation, this paper explores the function of the excitation mechanism, and recognizes that the incentive strategies must be in line with the national conditions, adhere to the principles, be chosen scientifically and be applied step by step. Besides, the resources must be allocated optimally. Then the operation models are explained. [ Result/conclusion] Various operation modes such as policy stimulation, material stimulation, spiritual stimulation, competition stimulation, purpose stimulation are adopted in the national reading project. All the complementary modes form a set of effective and advanced stimulation system. The stimulation strategy is carried out in the nationwide reading and promotes the new norm development.
