【摘要】: 加快新疆的经济发展,关键在于要搞好新疆的教育事业。而加快新疆教育事业的发展,关键在于提高新疆少数民族教师的质量上。维吾尔族幼儿教师作为新疆少数民族教育的重要实施者之一,为新疆教育事业的发展做出了一定的贡献。但是由于各种原因,维吾尔族幼儿教师的整体素质较差,严重地影响着新疆的各种教育改革及学前双语教育的有效推进。 《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》的实施对幼儿教师的专业素质提出了更新更高的要求,而现实中的维吾尔族幼儿教师,特别是农村维吾尔族幼儿教师实际的专业素质离这种要求还有很大的差距。因此,研究如何促进农村维吾尔族幼儿教师的专业发展就成为当务之急。 本研究在借鉴已有的教师专业发展的理论研究的基础上,运用文献研究、问卷调查、访谈等方法对新疆农村维吾尔族幼儿教师专业发展的现状进行调查。研究从幼儿教师的专业精神、专业知能、专业工作状况、自我专业发展以及专业发展途径的开发和利用等方面考察了新疆伊犁、喀什和乌鲁木齐等三个地区的农村维吾尔族幼儿教师专业发展的现状及存在的问题;最后提出了促进农村维吾尔族幼儿教师专业发展的有效途径:政府要制定相应的政策来确保维吾尔族幼儿教师的专业地位;参加新疆少数民族学前双语教师培训;进一步加强民汉合园工作;进行园本培训;进行教学反思。
[Abstract]:To speed up the economic development of Xinjiang, the key is to do a good job in Xinjiang's educational undertakings, and speed up the development of Xinjiang's educational undertakings. The key is to improve the quality of minority teachers in Xinjiang. Uygur preschool teachers as one of the important implementers of minority education in Xinjiang. For the development of education in Xinjiang has made a certain contribution, but due to various reasons, the overall quality of Uygur preschool teachers is poor. It seriously affects the education reform and the effective advance of pre-school bilingual education in Xinjiang. The implementation of the guidelines for Kindergarten Education (try out) puts forward higher requirements for the professional quality of preschool teachers, while the Uygur preschool teachers in reality. Especially the actual professional quality of rural Uygur preschool teachers is still far from this requirement. Therefore, it is urgent to study how to promote the professional development of rural Uygur preschool teachers. Based on the existing theoretical research on teachers' professional development, this study applies literature research and questionnaire survey. Interview and other methods of rural Uygur teachers in Xinjiang to investigate the status of professional development. From the professional spirit of preschool teachers, professional knowledge, professional work situation. From the aspects of self-professional development and the development and utilization of professional development approaches, this paper investigates the current situation and existing problems of rural Uygur preschool teachers' professional development in three areas of Xinjiang: Yili, Kashi and Urumqi. Finally, it puts forward the effective ways to promote the professional development of rural Uygur preschool teachers: the government should formulate corresponding policies to ensure the professional status of Uygur preschool teachers; To participate in the training of pre-school bilingual teachers of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang; Further strengthening the work of the Min-Han Garden; (B) training in the garden; Carry on teaching reflection.
