【摘要】：为考察幼儿教师职业认同、领悟社会支持及自尊的相互作用关系,建立三者的关系模型,采用分层整群抽样,抽取473名幼儿教师,采用教师职业认同量表、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和自尊量表(SES)进行调查,收回有效问卷450份。结果发现幼儿教师职业认同、领悟社会支持及自尊三者之间存在显著正相关;自尊具有不完全中介效应,中介效应占总效应的32.4%。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the kindergarten teachers' occupation identity, understanding the interaction between social support and self-esteem, the relationship model of the three, using the stratified cluster sampling, 473 preschool teachers selected by the teachers' occupation identity scale, perceived social support scale (PSSS) and self esteem scale (SES) investigation, questionnaires 450. The kindergarten teachers' occupation identity, there is a significant positive correlation between perceived social support and self-esteem three; self-esteem has mediating effect, the mediating effect to the total effect of 32.4%.
