【摘要】: 举办学前班是现阶段发展农村幼儿教育的一条重要途径。但贫困地区农村学前班存在着教学“小学化”、专业教师匮乏、地方教育主管部门不够重视等问题。寻找改变当前农村贫困地区学前班教育现状的途径,成为推动本论文研究的动因。 本研究以促进学前班儿童的言语发展为突破口,改变贫困地区农村学前教育的现状,原因主要有以下几点:(1)组织语言教育活动,促进儿童言语发展,是幼儿教育的主要任务之一;(2)学前班以语文课堂教学的形式实施语言教学,但教学目标和儿童发展的目标不明确;(3)受经济、文化等因素制约影响,农村贫困地区儿童言语发展处在不利境地;(4)与艺术等教育领域相比,现有教师的知识储备更能胜任语言教育,因此,改变语言活动形式的设想更易实现;(5)儿童语言教育研究工作者明确提出,儿童语言教育并不仅仅局限于“语文”课堂教学,而应渗透到其它活动当中去,故借开展语言教育活动之际,可以适当地开展艺术、手工、游戏等教育活动,以丰富活动内容。 本研究选取临夏回族自治州积石山保安族、东乡族、撒拉族自治县v藏学区甘藏沟小学学前班儿童为实验对象,通过转变教师观念,提高教师能力,组织语言文学、谈话、听说游戏、讲述和早期阅读等语言活动,促进儿童言语发展,转变学前班教学模式。 论文运用定量和定性结合的研究方法,对儿童语言教与学的过程进行分析、研究,结果表明,实验取得显著效果。一方面,儿童的言语理解与表达能力得到发展;另一方面,语言活动形式的转变弥补了学前班师资力量和专业技能的不足,推动学前班课程设置的多样化和本土化及教学模式的转变。学前班活动丰富了,教师认识也有大幅度提高,教学能力有所长进,,家长基本认同了学前班的教学模式,但教学中的“小学化”倾向依然存在,有待于进一步转变。 结合本实验研究,作者并从教学、教师和教学管理三方面对农村学前教育提出建议,以促进其健康、持续发展。
[Abstract]:Holding preschool class is an important way to develop preschool education in rural areas at present. However, there is a "primary school" in rural preschool classes in poor areas, and there is a lack of professional teachers. The local education authorities do not pay enough attention to the problems. Finding a way to change the current situation of preschool education in rural poor areas becomes the motivation to promote the research of this paper. The purpose of this study is to promote the speech development of preschool children and to change the current situation of preschool education in rural areas. The main reasons are as follows: 1) organize language education activities. To promote the development of children's speech is the main one of early childhood education Ren Wuzhi; 2) Preschool class implements language teaching in the form of Chinese classroom teaching, but the teaching objectives and the goals of children's development are not clear; (3) affected by economic and cultural factors, the speech development of children in poor rural areas is at a disadvantage; (4) compared with the field of education such as art, the existing teachers' knowledge reserve is more competent for language education, so it is easier to realize the idea of changing the form of language activities; 5) the researchers of children's language education have made it clear that the language education of children is not limited to "Chinese" classroom teaching, but should be infiltrated into other activities, so it is time to carry out language education activities. You can properly carry out arts, manual, games and other educational activities to enrich the content of activities. In this study, Jinshishan security, Dongxiang and Sala minority autonomous counties in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture were selected as the experimental objects to improve the teachers' ability by changing the teachers' concept in Gan Zanggou Primary School of Gan Zanggou Primary School in Zangzangou Primary School of Zangzanggou Primary School. Organize language activities, such as language and literature, conversation, listening and speaking games, narration and early reading, to promote the development of children's speech and change the teaching mode of preschool. This paper analyzes the process of language teaching and learning in children by combining quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results show that the experiment has achieved remarkable results on the one hand. Children's ability of speech comprehension and expression has been developed; On the other hand, the change of the form of language activities makes up for the shortage of teachers and professional skills of preschool, and promotes the diversification and localization of preschool curriculum and the change of teaching mode. Teachers' understanding has also been greatly improved and their teaching ability has improved. Parents basically agree with the teaching mode of preschool class, but the tendency of "primary school" in teaching still exists and needs to be further changed. Combined with this experimental study, the author puts forward some suggestions on rural preschool education from three aspects: teaching, teachers and teaching management, in order to promote its healthy and sustainable development.
