【摘要】:早期教育质量的影响因素是多方面的,OECD成员国在提高早期教育质量方面作了许多积极探索,强势开端Ⅲ就是在广泛调研基础上形成的一份聚焦质量的报告。该报告提出了设定质量目标和法规、设计和实施课程与学习标准、提高保教人员资质与培训及工作条件、促进家庭和社区参与、推进数据收集与监测及研究等重要政策杠杆。当前我国学前教育面临着质量低的迫切问题,遵从强势开端Ⅲ的建议,就应明确学前教育质量提高的政府责任、加强适合我国实际的学前教育质量内涵和标准研究、促进家庭社区与幼儿园之间的良性互动、建立全国统一的学前教育质量评估数据库平台。
[Abstract]:The influence factor of early education quality is that many OECD member countries have made many positive explorations to improve the quality of early education. Strong start III is a quality-focused report based on extensive research. The report sets quality goals and regulations, and designs and implements curriculum and learning standards. At present, preschool education in China is faced with the urgent problem of low quality, such as improving the qualification, training and working conditions of teaching staff, promoting the participation of families and communities, promoting data collection, monitoring and research and other important policy levers.
