学前教育师范生口语表达能力培养的策略

【摘要】:学前教育师范生口语表达能力的培养主要是针对学生口语表达的各种问题展开的,这些问题普遍的存在于学前教育专业的学生当中,影响了学生的职业综合能力,不利于学生的就业。针对这些问题,学前师范生口语表达能力的培养应从这些问题的解决入手,结合当前幼儿教育的特点展开,培养学生口语应用的规范性、准确性和灵活性,提高学生的幼儿教育实践经验,使其在未来岗位上有更好的表现。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of oral expression ability of pre-school normal school students is mainly aimed at the various problems of students' oral expression. These problems generally exist among the students majoring in preschool education, which affect the students' comprehensive ability of occupation. In view of these problems, the cultivation of oral expression ability of pre-school normal school students should start with the solution of these problems, combining with the characteristics of current preschool education to develop the standardization, accuracy and flexibility of students' oral language application. Improve students' practical experience in early childhood education and make them better performance in future posts.
