试论以人为本的管理思想在幼儿园管理中的运用

【摘要】:21世纪是知识经济迅速崛起的时代,在这个时代里,更加凸显人才战略的作用,更加注重人的发展, 更加重视人性化的管理。“以人为本”和“以人为本的管理”等词条大量出现在人们的视野中,以人为本的理念渗透到管理实践的全过程,不仅使管理水平得到了提升,而且极大地调动了人——生产力第一要素的积极性,使管理工作有了划时代的进步。以人为本的管理作为一种新的理念,研究其实质内涵,并运用其解决管理实践中的问题,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。 本文主要从以下四个方面进行探索研究: 第一部分,从中国古代文化中溯源“以人为本”的管理思想,借鉴古人的优秀文化思想为今所用。 第二部分,学习西方管理思想中有关“人性”假设的理论学说,来探寻以人为本管理思想的演变进程。 第三部分,,尝试提炼以人为本管理思想的内涵,主要是从以下几方面把握:以人为本管理思想的出发点和归宿是完整的人;以人为本管理思想的价值取向是尊重、信任和理解;以人为本管理思想的手段是激励,激活人的创造潜能;以人为本管理思想的最终目的是实现人与组织的“双赢”。 第四部分,把以人为本的管理思想应用于幼儿园的管理实践,在幼儿园的管理中坚持以“教师的发展为本”,更新管理理念,尊重教师的主体地位;建构科学的选人、用人的管理模式和建立有效的激励机制;将制度管理与情感管理相融合;建构以人为本的团队文化,将个人的发展目标与幼儿园的发展目标协同一致;提升管理者的素质,真正实现以人为本的管理思想。
[Abstract]:21th century is the era of the rapid rise of knowledge economy. In this era, the role of talent strategy is even more prominent. Pay more attention to the development of human beings, pay more attention to the management of humanization. The terms "people-oriented" and "people-oriented management" appear in a large number of people's vision, the concept of "people-oriented" permeates the whole process of management practice, Not only has the management level been improved, but also the enthusiasm of the first factor of human productivity has been greatly mobilized, and the management work has made epoch-making progress. As a new concept, the people-oriented management has studied its essential connotation. It has important theoretical value and practical significance to solve the problems in management practice. This article mainly carries on the exploration research from the following four aspects:. The first part, from the source of ancient Chinese culture "people-oriented" management thought, learn from the ancients' excellent cultural thought for the present use. In the second part, we study the theory of "human nature" in western management thought to explore the evolvement process of people-oriented management thought. The third part tries to refine the connotation of people-oriented management thought, mainly from the following aspects: the starting point and destination of people-oriented management thought is a complete person, the value orientation of people-oriented management thought is respect, trust and understanding; The means of people-oriented management is to stimulate and activate the creative potential of human, and the ultimate goal of people-oriented management is to realize the "win-win" between people and organizations. In the 4th part, the author applies the people-oriented management thought to the management practice of the kindergarten, insists on "the development of the teacher" in the management of the kindergarten, renews the management idea, respects the main position of the teacher, and constructs the scientific selection of the person. The management mode of personnel and the establishment of effective incentive mechanism; the integration of system management and emotional management; the construction of a people-oriented team culture, the personal development goals and kindergarten development goals in harmony; improve the quality of managers, Real realization of people-oriented management ideas.
