幼儿语音意识与早期阅读能力的相关性研究

【摘要】: 自20世纪80年代中期以来,语音意识是元语言研究的一个重要领域,一直受到研究者的普遍关注,其中的一个主要原因是语音意识的获得与发展直接关系到幼儿阅读技能的发展与阅读教学。语音意识及其各成份的发展以及语音意识与阅读的关系是目前语音意识研究的两大主要领域。 本研究主要探讨3-5岁幼儿语音意识与早期阅读能力的发展特点以及二者之间的相关性,希望能够为幼儿的语音意识发展和早期阅读教育提供更有针对性的意见和建议。分析数据来源于北京市两所幼儿园大、中、小班(3-5岁)共90名幼儿的语言领域的测试数据,包括语音意识、文字意识、图画故事书阅读三个方面。本研究主要有以下四点发现: 1.学前阶段3岁幼儿已经开始具有语音意识,其语音意识发展随着年龄的增长而提高。幼儿的声母意识、韵母意识和声调意识发展水平较高,而且声调意识发展水平最高。男孩和女孩的语音意识发展水平差异不明显。 2.幼儿具有文字意识,其早期阅读能力随年龄的增长而提高。男孩和女孩的早期阅读能力发展水平差异不明显。 3.语音意识在总体上与阅读能力之间存在着一定的相关性,相关性的显著与否受具体的年龄、具体的语音意识成分的影响。这表明幼儿的语音意识只能在某种程度上预测其阅读能力,它只是影响幼儿阅读能力发展的一个因素。 4.在不同的年龄阶段、不同的语音意识成分上,语音意识和阅读能力之间有着不同的相关性,而且不同的语音意识成分对阅读能力的影响作用也不相同。 基于上述研究,我们对幼儿语音意识和早期阅读能力的发展进行了探讨,同时还对这些研究发现对幼儿教师和家长在幼儿语音教育和早期阅读教育带来的启示进行了适当的分析,并指出了本研究存在的不足和有待于进一步深入探讨的问题。
[Abstract]:Since the middle of 1980s, phonological awareness has been an important field of meta-linguistic research, and has been widely concerned by researchers. One of the main reasons is that the acquisition and development of phonological awareness is directly related to the development of children's reading skills and the teaching of reading. The development of phonological awareness and its components, as well as the relationship between phonological awareness and reading, is the present phonetic meaning. Two major areas of research. This study was designed to explore the developmental characteristics of phonological awareness and early reading ability of children aged 3-5 years and the correlation between them. It is hoped that it can provide more targeted opinions and suggestions for the development of children's phonological awareness and early reading education. The data are collected from the test data of 90 children aged 3-5 years in two kindergartens in Beijing. There are four main findings in this study: phonological awareness, literal awareness, and picture and story book reading. 1. The children of 3 years old in pre-school stage have begun to have phonological awareness, and their phonological awareness development has increased with the increase of age. The development level of consonant awareness, vowel awareness and tone awareness of children is relatively high. Moreover, the development level of tone awareness is the highest. There is no significant difference between boys and girls in phonological awareness development. 2. The early reading ability of young children is improved with the increase of age, and there is no significant difference between boys and girls in the development of early reading ability. 3. There is a certain correlation between phonological awareness and reading ability in general, the correlation is significant or not by specific age, This indicates that children's phonological awareness can only predict their reading ability to some extent, and it is only a factor that affects the development of children's reading ability. 4. There are different correlations between phonological awareness and reading ability in different age groups, and the effects of different phonological awareness components on reading ability are also different. Based on the above research, we discussed the development of children's phonological awareness and early reading ability. At the same time, this paper also makes a proper analysis of the implications of these findings for early childhood phonetic education and early reading education for preschool teachers and parents, and points out the shortcomings of this study and the problems that need to be further explored.
