欧盟学前教育政策动向及启示

【摘要】:进入新世纪以来,为应对经济危机、儿童贫困及人口结构变化等挑战,欧盟出台了一系列教育改革与发展政策。在学前教育领域,主要政策动向是明确地位作用,强调学前教育的多元化价值;建立共同目标,推动各成员国深入普及学前教育;引领改革导向,支持各国提高学前教育质量;立足区域差异,推进学前教育一体化进程;倡导综合战略,增进学前教育政策与其他社会政策的融合。新世纪欧盟学前教育政策对当前我国学前教育改革发展具有积极的启示意义。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the new century, in order to meet the challenges of economic crisis, child poverty and demographic change, the European Union has issued a series of educational reform and development policies. In the field of preschool education, the main policy trend is the role of clear status. Emphasizing the pluralistic value of preschool education; establishing common goals to promote the popularization of preschool education in member countries; leading the reform direction, supporting countries to improve the quality of pre-school education; based on regional differences, promoting the process of preschool education integration; The European Union's preschool education policy in the new century has positive implications for the reform and development of preschool education in China.
