幼儿园课程设计：以多元文化为价值取向

【摘要】： 随着全球化时代的到来,当代中国社会逐渐呈现传统文化与现代文化、东方文化与西方文化、主流文化与非主流文化、城市文化与乡村文化以及地方文化等多种文化形态共存的格局。多元文化特征已经成为幼儿园教育的重要时代背景,幼儿园课程关注多元文化教育正在成为一种世界性趋势。教育在面向全球化的过程中,应致力于认识自己的文化根基,从小培植幼儿的“文化自尊”,并在此基础上保持平等、开放的态度,了解文化的多样性、认同文化的差异性,让幼儿从小具有“文化尊重”意识。课程设计是教育理论付诸实践的途径,多元文化教育最终需要通过课程设计进入到教学活动中,课程设计主体的多元文化意识和课程设计主要载体(课程方案)的合理编制,是实现多元文化教育活动必不可少的条件。本研究由五个部分组成: 第一部分:阐述了研究缘起、研究目的和意义、研究方法等,在界定基本概念的基础上,从世界多元文化课程发展趋势和我国多元文化课程研究现状入手,分析了在多元文化的价值取向下,当前我国幼儿园课程设计的不足; 第二部分:阐述了幼儿园多元文化教育的价值取向和理念基础; 第三部分:运用内容分析法,从年龄阶段、活动类型、学习领域等维度统计和分析重庆版《幼儿园活动发展课程》与南师大版《幼儿园活动整合课程》两个版本教材中不同文化生态的分布状况; 第四部分:采用问卷调查法,对重庆市部分幼儿教师课程设计中的多元文化观念进行评估,客观地描述了幼儿教师的多元文化意识水平现状,揭示了其中存在的问题; 第五部分:在多元文化的价值取向下,对幼儿园教材编写、幼儿教师提出一些建议,并尝试从生活化、个性化、整合化三个维度构建多元文化价值取向下的幼儿园课程设计思路。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the globalization era, the contemporary Chinese society gradually presents traditional culture and modern culture, oriental culture and western culture, mainstream culture and non-mainstream culture. The coexistence pattern of urban culture, rural culture, local culture and other cultural forms. Multiculturalism has become an important background of kindergarten education. The attention of kindergarten curriculum to multicultural education is becoming a worldwide trend. In the process of globalization, education should be devoted to understanding its own cultural foundation, cultivating the "cultural self-esteem" of young children from an early age, and maintaining equality on this basis. Open attitude, understanding of cultural diversity, identification with cultural differences, so that young children have a sense of "cultural respect." Curriculum design is a way to put educational theory into practice. In the end, multicultural education needs to enter into the teaching activities through curriculum design, the multicultural consciousness of the subject of curriculum design and the rational compilation of the main carrier (curriculum scheme) of curriculum design. This study consists of five parts:. The first part expounds the origin of the research, the purpose and significance of the research, the research methods and so on. On the basis of defining the basic concepts, the author starts with the development trend of the multicultural curriculum in the world and the present situation of the research on the multicultural curriculum in China. This paper analyzes the deficiency of the curriculum design of kindergarten in our country under the value orientation of multiculturalism. The second part: elaborated the kindergarten multicultural education the value orientation and the idea foundation; The third part: using the content analysis method, from the age stage, the activity type, Statistics and analysis of the distribution of different cultural ecology in Chongqing version of Kindergarten activity Development Curriculum and South normal University version of Kindergarten activity Integration Curriculum; Part 4th: by using the questionnaire method, the author evaluates the multicultural concept in the curriculum design of some preschool teachers in Chongqing, objectively describes the status quo of the multi-cultural consciousness level of preschool teachers, and reveals the existing problems. Part 5th: under the multi-cultural value orientation, to the kindergarten textbook compilation, the kindergarten teacher puts forward some suggestions, and attempts from the life, the individuality, Integration of the three dimensions to construct the multi-cultural value orientation of kindergarten curriculum design ideas.
