5-6岁单纯性肥胖儿童自我概念发展状况研究

【摘要】: 本研究旨在探讨5-6岁单纯性肥胖儿童自我概念形成和发展中的问题。 自我概念是个人对自己多方面觉知的总和。要评价儿童自我概念的水平必须考虑其心理发展的年龄特征。不同年龄阶段的儿童自我概念的成分要素是不同的。学前儿童自我概念基本成分要素是能力自我概念(如身体能力)和社会接纳自我概念(如同伴接纳)。 本研究选用Harter的《幼儿能力和社会接纳觉知图片量表》(PSPCSA),采用整群抽样方法,对上海市区11所幼儿园25个大班67名单纯性肥胖儿童及对照组67名正常体重儿童施测,运用SPSS 15.0对研究数据进行整理与分析。此外,还在自然背景下,与幼儿、教师等人作了与研究有关的访谈。 本研究得出以下一些结论: 1.肥胖组幼儿自我概念自评与他评得分在同伴接纳维度上存在显著差异,提示该年龄段的单纯性肥胖幼儿自我概念在同伴接纳方面是心理健康教育需要关注的重点。 2.肥胖组幼儿自评时,在认知维度上,肥胖女孩得分低于肥胖男孩,且存在显著差异。 3.无论是在自评还是他评中,重度肥胖幼儿在母亲接纳维度上与轻、中度肥胖幼儿虽然没有显著性差异,但是得分在自评、他评时都是最高。这似乎提示,,母亲也许会对自己的重度肥胖儿童在接纳上存在补偿。 本研究对认识单纯性肥胖幼儿在自我概念形成和发展中的状况和存在的问题提供了实证性的资料,也为教育者对单纯性肥胖幼儿实施心理健康教育提供了有益的建议。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to explore the formation and development of self-concept in children aged 5-6 years with simple obesity. Self-concept is the sum total of individual's awareness of various aspects of oneself. To evaluate the level of children's self-concept, we must consider the age characteristics of their psychological development. The constituent elements of children's self-concept in different ages are different. The basic components of preschool children's self-concept are ability self-concept (such as physical ability) and social acceptance self-concept (such as peer acceptance). In this study, we used Harter's Picture scale of Infant ability and Social acceptance Awareness (PSPCSAA) to measure 67 simple obese children in 25 large classes of 11 kindergartens in Shanghai and 67 normal weight children in the control group by cluster sampling method. SPSS 15.0 was used to collate and analyze the research data. In addition, in the natural background, interviews were made with young children, teachers and others. This study draws the following conclusions:. 1. There was significant difference between self-assessment of self-concept and score of other assessment in children of obesity group in the dimension of peer acceptance, suggesting that the self-concept of simple obesity children in this age group should be the focus of mental health education in the aspect of peer acceptance. 2. In the cognitive dimension, the scores of obese girls were lower than those of obese boys. 3. Whether in self-assessment or in his evaluation, the severely obese children had the highest scores in the self-assessment and his evaluation, although there was no significant difference between the severely obese children and the moderately obese children in the mother acceptance dimension. Mothers may compensate their severely obese children for acceptance. This study provides empirical data for the understanding of the status and problems in the formation and development of self-concept of children with simple obesity, and provides useful suggestions for educators to carry out mental health education for children with simple obesity.
