农村幼儿意外伤害现状与对策研究

【摘要】： 随着社会的发展，儿童保健措施的完善，疾病引发的死亡率下降，意外伤害已成为导致幼儿死亡的首要原因。在我国，农村是经济、文化、教育相对落后的地区，农村幼儿的意外伤害事故发生率较高。本研究通过对农村地区幼儿发生的意外伤害事故进行客观描述，分析意外发生的原因，进而探讨避免农村幼儿意外伤害事故发生的对策。研究结果表明：一．农村幼儿的意外伤害事故发生率较高，事故的种类多，，且大多后果严重。二．导致农村幼儿意外伤害事故发生的原因多样，主要与相关政府部门对农村地区的管理不完善、幼儿园客观环境中存在安全隐患、家长的安全知识缺乏、家长监护不力、教师的安全意识不强以及幼儿自身的因素等有关。三．农村幼儿意外事故的防范工作涉及到社会、家庭、幼儿园等各个方面。首先要从思想上重视农村幼儿的安全问题；其次，政府部门要将避免农村幼儿意外发生的措施落到实处，加大对农村市场和幼儿园的管理力度；第三，家长、幼儿教师要加强对幼儿的安全教育。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the improvement of child health care measures, the mortality caused by diseases has decreased, and accidental injury has become the leading cause of infant mortality.In China, rural areas are relatively backward in economy, culture and education.Through the objective description of the accident of the young children in rural areas, this study analyzes the causes of the accidents, and then discusses the countermeasures to avoid the accidents of the children in the rural areas.The results show that:I.The incidence of accidental injury in rural children is high, the types of accidents are many, and most of the consequences are serious.II.The causes of accidental injuries to children in rural areas are various, such as imperfect management of rural areas with relevant government departments, hidden dangers of safety in the objective environment of kindergartens, lack of safety knowledge of parents, and poor supervision of parents.The teacher's safety consciousness is not strong and the child's own factor and so on.III.Rural infant accident prevention work involves the society, families, kindergartens and other aspects.First, attention should be paid to the safety of rural children. Secondly, government departments should implement measures to avoid accidental occurrence of children in rural areas and strengthen the management of rural markets and kindergartens. Third, parents,Early childhood teachers should strengthen safety education for young children.
