我国学前教育经费投入研究

【摘要】：我国学前教育经费总量近年大幅增加,国家财政性教育经费6年间增长了5倍多,年均增长率为36%,2010年到2012年的两年间,学前教育经费总投入年均增长率高达104%。学前教育规模逐渐扩大,教师增速快于学生增速。学前教育经费投入地区差异大,效益得分最高值为最低值的21倍。学前教育财政性经费投入存在倾斜等分配等效率低下的问题,各地政府应在加大学前教育财政性投入的同时提高使用效率,此外各地应增加筹措非财政性学前教育经费的能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the total funds for preschool education in China have increased significantly, and the national financial expenditure on education has increased more than five times in the past six years, with an average annual growth rate of 36. The annual average annual growth rate of the total expenditure on pre-school education from 2010 to 2012 is as high as 104%. The scale of preschool education is gradually expanding, and the growth rate of teachers is faster than that of students. The regional difference of preschool education expenditure is great, and the highest benefit score is 21 times of the lowest value. There are some problems in the allocation of financial funds for preschool education, such as the inefficiency such as skew, etc. The local governments should increase the financial input of preschool education at the same time, and increase the ability of raising non-financial funds for preschool education.
