从做中学:基于全程实践理念下的学前教育专业见习制度的构建及实践探索

【摘要】：全程实践理念将"实践"作为其核心概念,见习作为学前教育实践的重要环节,在见习过程中"从做中学"强调全程实践贯穿于整个大学的专业学习中,分析见习制度构建中影响学生见习行为的多种因素,有目的、有计划、有指导、有层次地进行开展,将教学活动与校外见习相结合,努力创建一项切实可行的在校学生见习制度,以不断适应社会发展对幼儿师资培养提出的新需求。
[Abstract]:The whole practice concept regards "practice" as its core concept, and probation as an important link in the practice of preschool education. In the process of probation, "learning from doing" emphasizes that the whole process of practice runs through the professional study of the whole university. This paper analyzes the various factors that influence the student's probation behavior in the construction of the probationary system, aims, plans, instructions and levels to carry out, and combines the teaching activities with the outside apprenticeships, and analyzes the factors that affect the students' apprenticeship behavior in the construction of the probationary study system. Try to establish a feasible student probation system in order to adapt to the new demand of the development of the society for the training of preschool teachers.
