幼儿园教师幼儿发展评价实践的调查研究

【摘要】：对上海市60所幼儿园的调查显示,有关教师幼儿发展评价的内容较为全面,与评价目的保持一致;评价主体为带班教师和幼儿;评价方法和工具以观察法与轶事记录为主;评价途径多为一日活动自然情境;评价类型兼顾形成性评价和终结性评价;评价结果分析目的在于了解幼儿现实的发展水平,结果能经常得到反馈利用;评价效果总体较好。但实践中存在评价主体教师所占比例不高等问题;存在教师时间、精力有限,评价对象多的主要困难,以及迫切需要一套完整的评价指标和方案。
[Abstract]:The survey of 60 kindergartens in Shanghai shows that the evaluation of teachers' preschool development is more comprehensive and consistent with the purpose of evaluation; the evaluation subjects are class teachers and children; evaluation methods and tools are mainly observation and anecdote records; the evaluation approaches are more than one day's natural situation, and the evaluation types take into account formative evaluation and termination. The purpose of the evaluation is to understand the development level of the children's reality, and the results can be often used for feedback, and the results are generally good. But in practice, there is a poor proportion of the teachers of the evaluation, the main difficulties of the teacher's time, the limited energy, the many evaluation objects, and the urgent need for a complete set of evaluation. Indicators and plans.
