江苏省幼儿园园长培训评价及改善建议

【摘要】:对江苏省124名参训园长的调查显示,园长对于各类培训主题、培训形式的评价得分属于中等偏高水平,对培训主题和培训形式整体比较满意;培训主题中,得分最高并超过4.5分的是幼儿园管理类主题和幼儿园文化建设类主题;培训形式中,得分均值最高并超过4.5分的是幼儿园现场观摩学习和个别指导学习;所在地区对学前教育政策类主题、课题研究类主题、儿童观与教育观类主题的评价影响显著;学历、所在地区、参训年度对"你讲我听的讲座类学习"形式的评价影响显著。今后,应加强园长培训的理论研究,在培训主题上突出园长的实践需要,采取多样化的培训形式,以进一步提高园长培训的质量。
[Abstract]:A survey of 124 participants in Jiangsu Province showed that the evaluation score of training form for all kinds of training subjects was on the high side, and they were satisfied with the training theme and training form as a whole. The highest score and more than 4.5 points are the theme of kindergarten management and kindergarten culture construction, among the training forms, the highest score and more than 4.5 points are kindergarten on-site observation learning and individual guidance learning; There is a significant impact on the theme of preschool education policy, the subject of research, the theme of children's view and the subject of education in the region, and the evaluation of the form of "the lecture that you speak and listen to" in the training year is significant in the area of education, education and education. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical research on the training of the gardener, highlight the practical needs of the training subject and adopt a variety of training forms in order to further improve the quality of the training of the head of the garden.
